- 担任KAPPA,PUMA品牌买手;
- 分析进销存数据,制定买货计划,参加订货会,;
- 管理保定市区17家店铺的货品运营,主要负责服装,和公司总部的一些年季月度指标的沟通和计划;
- 任职期间公司安排到北京,广州,上海,山西,厦门,杭州等进行产品运营的岗位培训。

- 针对国内头部运动品牌的市场考察、制定销售目标、货品结构设计、制定采买计划、款式采集、选款和定款、提货期监控,针对往季销售数据分析,依照往季的销售数据来分配本季的采买计划以及采买金额,对下一季版型、面料、成衣流行趋势的预测。
- 针对不同货品按季度、季节的划分方法。结合终端店铺数据管理方法。毛利率解析、价格结构、折扣率。销售周期与库存周转率、库销比、销售速率、售罄率、毛利率的计算以及统计。对整个品牌产品业绩的结果负责。

01/2009 – 12/2011:
Trading Company’s commodity buyer Shijiazhuang -Baoding
- Serving as a buyer for KAPPA and PUMA brands;
- Manage the product operations of 17 stores in the urban area of Baoding, mainly responsible for clothing, and communicate and plan some annual, quarterly, and monthly indicators with the company headquarters;
- During the tenure, the company arranged for job training in product operation in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shanxi, Xiamen, Hangzhou, and other places.
01/2012 – NOW:
Product Manager Baoding –Xiamen
- Conduct market research on top domestic sports brands, establish sales targets, design product structures, develop purchasing plans, collect styles, select and order styles, follow up on bulk orders, monitor delivery times, analyze sales data from previous seasons, allocate purchasing plans and amounts for this season based on sales data from previous seasons, and predict the popularity of styles, fabrics, and ready to wear for this season.
- The method of dividing different goods by quarter and season. Combining terminal store data management methods. Analysis of gross profit margin, price structure, and discount rate. Calculation and statistics of sales cycle and inventory turnover rate, inventory to sales.
